    Summary of Essential Functions for the Position:
    The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department. This position will provide a variety of confidential administrative, technical and recruitment support activities to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the Human Resources department.


    Qualifications / Licensure / Certification / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
    • Experience in home health or healthcare, preferred.
    • General understanding of human resources, state and federal laws, rules and regulations required.

    • Proficient with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and social media sites (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter).

    • Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software.

    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Acceptance and ability to demonstrate and support the core values and goals of Agency.

    • Must demonstrate excellent customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service.

    • Must be well organized and demonstrate attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

    • Valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required.

    • Travel may be required.


    Educational Requirements:
    High School Diploma or GED required.
